Ryan Phillippe has been a dad since 1999. The MacGruber star, then 25, welcomed his first child, daughter Ava, in September 1999 with his then-wife Reese Witherspoon. The couple had wed just three months prior. Phillippe and Witherspoon went on to welcome a son, Deacon, in 2003 before eventually splitting three years later. Since finalizing their divorce in 2008, the exes have continued to make co-parenting a priority by celebrating milestone moments in their kids' lives and sharing family dinners.
