Jessica Chastain put her stunning Big Apple abode on the market for a whopping $7.45 million. The 47-year-old Oscar winner — who recently revealed her honorary doctorate from Julliard — listed the luxury 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Manhattan on Tuesday, according to Sotheby's. The star and her husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo purchased the 'crown jewel' of the famous Osborne Building in 2015. Originally built in 1885, the property was renovated by Architectural Digest designers Carrier and Company to feature sophisticated 'Gilded Age details', per the realtor.
