The former Spice Girl took to Instagram on Friday to share a gallery of birthday snaps with her loved ones as she posed on a boat holding an aptly-named Victoria sponge cake. The star, who is known for her strict diet and exercise regime, was known in the past to only allow herself a watermelon cake on her birthday.
