Bono: Stories of Surrender Trailer Gives Audiences Front Row Seat to His One-Man Show (Exclusive)
Bono has expanded his memoir to the stage. Apple TV+ has shared an exclusive trailer with PEOPLE of the singer's upcoming film, Bono: Stories of Surrender. A "bold and lyrical visual exploration of Bono's one-man show," per the press release, will premiere on Friday, May 30, on Apple TV+. The 22-time Grammy winner created the show based on his successful memoir, Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story. However, the film is a reimagined version of his one-man stage show, Stories of Surrender: An Evening of Words, Music, and Some Mischief, which was based on his book.
