UNDERCOVER cops have nabbed 83 motorists driving with phones and with out seatbelts in three days through the use of a 'pretend' HGV.
The force arrange Operation Tramline with Nationwide Highways and National Roads Policing Operations and Intelligence using an unmarked HGV on the M4.


In simply 72 hours, cops slapped motorists with 83 offences – principally for drivers using their telephone behind the wheel and not sporting a seatbelt.
