Pregnant Jesy Nelson has shared a gushing Instagram tribute from her hospital bed after boyfriend Zion Foster completed the London Marathon on Sunday. The singer, 34, has been in hospital since March after being diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) - a rare condition that can put one or both babies at risk, with Zion's run raising money for a charity to help others with the illness. Earlier this month, Jessy had to undergo an emergency procedure due to complications and has been advised to remain in hospital until she reaches a certain point in her pregnancy, as there are concerns she could go into early labour.
