A 75-year-old man has been charged with murder after a father was shot dead in front of his three children during a road rage incident in North Carolina. Terrell Giddens is accused of killing Jeffery Guida, 40, after an argument spiraled out of control at a road intersection in Catawba, North Carolina, on October 12. He allegedly pulled his rifle out in the middle of the road rage incident and shot the father of three dead.
