What everyone agrees on is that Les Grands Buffets, an all-you-can-eat affair in the South of France, is not only the country's most sought-after booking, but, with an estimated €24 million (around £20 million) annual turnover and over 380,000 customers last year alone, possibly its highest grossing restaurant, too.
