A new mom has claimed she was unable to recognize herself by the end of her pregnancy after her nose doubled in size. Gabriella Kelly, from Richmond, Virginia, shared a video on social media documenting her pregnancy changes by comparing herself at both four weeks pregnant and 37 weeks pregnant. In the clip, the 31-year-old explained how her nose and mouth both doubled in size by her final trimester - leaving her feeling like a 'totally different person.
