KFC has joined the fast-food value meal war, and its attempt to take down the competition has seemingly backfired. The restaurant chain released a video ad on TikTok this month that promoted its Taste of KFC Deals, which start at $4.99. The less than 20-second video ad showed viewers how to swiftly pack a KFC $4.99 Meal for One, which comes with a drumstick, a thigh, mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit.
