Harry Kane says there will always be fans who take their criticism 'too far' after beer cups were thrown at Gareth Southgate - and he has urged his compatriots to stay behind the team. The manager was booed by England supporters as he defiantly applauded them following Tuesday's goalless draw with Slovenia. Some plastic missiles were also hurled from the stands. But Kane said: 'I know there was a bit of stuff after the game, but the atmosphere was incredible.
