Democratic congressman calls for Trump to be PARDONED after hush money guilty verdict
A Democratic congressman has called on New York Governor Kathy Hochul to pardon former President Donald Trump. Representative Dean Phillips said in a post his social media that a conviction for Trump only helped boost his campaign. Phillips then called on New York Governor Kathy Hochul to pardon for the former president for 'the good of the country'. Trump was convicted of 34 charges of falsifying business records in his hush money trial earlier this week.
