Dave Portnoy went on a fiery rant about having to go to a walk-in clinic to get his stitches removed while in Nantucket. Just over a week after the Barstool Sports chief, 47, revealed he had a cancerous mole removed from his neck, Portnoy was caught in a limbo about having the stitches taken off. While speaking to Kirk Minihane on The Unnamed Show, Portnoy went off about the lack of options while he's on the island.
