Longtime Federal Judge Struck and Killed Outside Reno Courthouse: Beyond Comprehension
U.S. District Court Judge Larry Hicks was struck and killed by a vehicle outside the Reno, Nevada, federal courthouse on Wednesday, May 29, according to local police. He was 80 years old. The Reno Police Department responded to a call around 2:15 p.m. local time reporting that there had been a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision near the Bruce R. Thompson Courthouse and Federal Building. Hicks was rushed to a local hospital, according to News 4, where he died.
