In the clip, the 43-year-old wandered around a luxury Las Vegas spa with her older brother Bryan, 47, while speaking in a childlike voice. Documenting the visit on her iPhone for social media, a giddy Britney can be heard saying, 'My brother we're in Vegas and we're going to the spa and we're lost.
