At the New York University Tisch School of the Arts Gala on Monday, April 7, at Cipriani South Street in New York City, Crudup, 56, stopped to say hello to his ex-girlfriend, actress Claire Danes. Crudup received a Master of Fine Arts in acting from NYU in 1994. Crudup was seen approaching Danes at her table at the gala, where they shared a hug and briefly caught up while Blondie's "Dreaming" played in the background.
