Temptation Island star Tyler Breshears has revealed he has already moved on with another girlfriend after striking up a romance with Kay Carlson on the show. The model, 27, arrived on the show with his girlfriend of more than two years Tayler Byrd, 30, but moved on with fitness influencer Kay, 26, when they were separated. The Netflix reality TV series sees four couples who are struggling with trust split up to live in different Hawaiian villas, where they are tempted by groups of singletons.
