The actress, 37, and husband Mark, 38, announced the birth of their daughter Palma earlier this month by sharing an adorable black and white photo. And this week, the proud parents made the most of the good weather as they took the tot out in her pram for a stroll with Palma's grandma, Michelle's mum Jacqueline.
