King Charles waved to well-wishers as he left his London residence one day after a health setback. The British monarch, 76, was photographed being driven away from Clarence House on March 28, the day after he was briefly hospitalized for a negative reaction to his routine cancer treatment. On March 27, Buckingham Palace said that King Charles was taken to the London Clinic after experiencing "temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital.
