Simone Holtznagel and Jono Castano have been able to put their differences aside to co-parent their baby daughter. The model, 31, and personal trainer, 33, split in May last year, but have stayed in close contact as they raise their child. This week, the exes reunited to celebrate Gia's first birthday together, sharing the happy occasion to Instagram. The couple posed for photos together as the proud mum blew out candles on her little girl's cake while Jono looked on.
