On Friday, the widower shared a heartbreaking final video of his partner filmed just 20 minutes before he died aged 67, describing him as a 'genuinely kind man' in a caption. The tribute, posted on the second anniversary of the radio personality's tragic death, was yet another example of a special bond between the pair which Christopher Biggins, Paul's friend of 40 years, hailed last year.
