The Desperate Housewives alum, 50, had recently discovered that she is related to the legendary actress during an appearance on Dr. Henry Louis Gates' genealogy series, Faces of America. Recalling the moment during her appearance on Wednesday's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actress explained: 'He cross-references everybody's DNA to see if we share a relative in the last 100 years.
