Ty Dolla $ign is a devoted dad to his daughter, Jailynn Griffin. The "Carnival" rapper, born Tyrone William Griffin Jr., welcomed his only child in February 2005 when he was 22 years old. As Jailynn got older, Ty became more aware of how his rap career and public image affected her. In an October 2020 interview with W Magazine, the artist shared that his then-15-year-old daughter paid attention to "everything" he did.
