A chef revealed a little-known tip for keeping a popular dairy product fresh. Eden Grinshpan explained in a viral TikTok video that cheese-lovers should avoid storing the food in plastic to keep it from getting moldy faster. 'Cheese is alive,' Grinshpan said in the clip. 'And it needs to breathe, my friends.' Instead, the expert recommended wrapping cheese in parchment or wax paper. 'When you trap it in plastic, you're creating a moisture-rich environment where mold will live and grow,' she explained.
